I’m a NutraSumma Brand Ambassador

Getting Fit· Healthy Living

I am working on getting back to fit and healthy. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, but I’ve never been considered a healthy weight for my height. I want to get back to where I was when I was running all those half marathons – strong, healthier, and on a much better road to fitness.

I feel like I struggle with my weight all the time. It doesn’t help that I have a severe soy allergy that likes to pack the pounds on me in the form of excess water whenever I happen to ingest it. Which, sadly, happens more often than I would like.

I'm a NutraSumma Brand Ambassador

I have been making smoothies for quite a few months now that are completely organic and include: Spinach, kale, celery, carrots, parsley, apples, pears, strawberries, or bananas. With that I would also add in organic apple cider vinegar, flaxseed, and protein powder. Let me tell you, finding protein powder that doesn’t have some form of soy in it is very difficult.

Pea Protein Vanilla Flavor

After one of my many smoothie posts to Instagram, I was contacted by my good friend, Ken Sheer who works for NutraSumma. Ken is no stranger to food allergies and when he said I should take a look at the pea protein from NutraSumma, I listened. He sent me the vegetarian-friendly Vanilla Pea Protein over the Holidays to try out. He even brought me some when I was home so that I would have some with me in Phoenix!

I was happy to have a good start to my day with my green or berry power smoothies with NutraSumma Pea Protein! When I was approached to be a NutraSumma Brand Ambassador, which gives me the chance to try all of the protein powders, plus other vitamins and supplements in their line. I took a look at the other Ambassadors – wow, do they have impressive bodies! #NoPressure

I just received my first month’s shipment and have been trying out the Apple Pie Pea Protein Powder this week. Let’s just say – LOVE. I like it better than the vanilla! It tastes great in my shakes and doesn’t have a gritty aftertaste. Definitely, my favorite so far.

NutraSumma

I can’t wait to bring you the results of trying the different products in the NutraSumma line. As I start to run again and workout to lose this excess weight, I will also be using the Weight Management products including the SummaLean and 7-Keto Plus. I am always a skeptic with these things, so you know I will give you my honest opinion once I have tried them out!
