I’m in a pretty big mind funk lately about running. I’m out of practice, out of running shape, and just having a hard time putting on my running gear and getting myself out there. I don’t belong to any running clubs in Alaska because I’m slow and don’t want to be made fun of. I still can’t run more than 2 miles without my legs saying – no effing way. And let’s be honest here for a moment – I no longer have any kind of endurance like I once did. I am a Hot Mess when it comes to running and training anymore. Funny, I named my home workout area Hot Mess Training on Instagram. 🙂
So these Hot Mess socks are Oh, SO Appropriate!
I was looking through the socks that The Sox Box sent me trying to find the right pair to put on to get my ass back into training. I have Run Faster which isn’t gonna happen at this moment in time. I do have these Fighter socks, which could work. Sigh. I wish my calf was that small – I have huge calves and the letters don’t look nearly as pretty.
So if you were me, what would you choose? If they had one that said Beer & Bacon, it would be a no brainer (brilliant idea, though!). Help me choose! Let me know in the comments. One lucky reader will get a pair of their own so we can be twinsies. :)-
