Sometimes I even forget what I write each week, I can’t imagine that all of you can recall each one. 🙂 I took a little nap this afternoon as I still am not feeling the best. Instead of sleeping I had an anxiety attack because I didn’t feel I was writing enough. Ever have those days where you feel you are just spinning your wheels? Well, I decided to go back and look at what I did this week and you know what… I was productive! May I present my new blog series: Flashback Fridays! My current view… looks like an Angel is watching over me at Beluga Point, Alaska.
7 days being completely soy-free. I havent had meat in a week either, as I only want organic, non-soy fed meat = expensive. When I dont make my shake at home, I pickup a Green Goddess juice. I havent been feeling well, so the juice helps. Im down 8 of the 12lbs I gained during from 2 soy reactions this week. Getting there.
I bought a whiteboard for a daily To Do List.
Almost to the day, I started writing my first book on the beaches in Mexico. No WiFi, no electricity… just me and the beach. Today I had the urge to drive down to Alyeska to start the rewrite of that book I lost when my laptop was stolen, Unstoppable: Girl On The Run. This was my view as I wrote 2,406 words of the Forward, which is about halfway. I think I should come back here again to write some more. This place is magical.

Good morning from Anchorage! Starting snowing this morning – this is only 6th snowfall all Winter! Thought I should get out and enjoy it. Never take one moment for granted. PS… I found this little park by taking a wrong turn last night.
After a day of writing at Alyeska in Girdwood, I decided to go enjoy the sunset at the top. WOW. What a reward for a day of work. Enjoying the local, must have drink called The Fizz at the 7 Glaciers Bar… when in Rome. That view, my friends, that view!!! Think I just found my new fave bar in Alaska!
