Regardless of how much snow is out there, and I know some of you have been hit by a lot, Winter hasn’t even officially begun – Say, what? With the weather being what it is, looks like it is time to really prepare for a cold winter. You know I have been crazy worried about my first winter in Alaska. But after what is happening in the Lower 48 right now,  I’ve been wondering if you have your cold weather gear yet?

Looks like Patagonia is offering free shipping on all orders with no minimum!  This is a great time to check out some of my favorite Patagonia accessories. Like their jackets, shells, and snow pants. Never ever thought I would need snow pants 🙂

I also really like this awesome sweater scarf.  It has an soft sweater exterior with a fleece interior to keep you warm in any kind of cold!  I just spotted it for $20!

Layering is important in the cold weather, so this microfleece jacket would be great for that!  It’s less than $70! This green color makes it so you can be seen out in the winter white. Remember, that’s one of the tips to surviving winter!

Patagonia carries a great selection of waterproof, breathable clothes and outerwear, strong enough even for an Alaskan Winter.
