It is now the beginning of February and it is time to keep up on your healthy living goals for 2015. I have lost 8 pounds so far this year, and my goal is to lose 25 by March 1st. I am eating smoothies 5x a week and working out 3-5x times a week. I am also eating soy-free 90% of the time, which is a big factor in my weight gain battle. Every week, I bring you the Top 5 Fitness Finds that I see out there on the net. Hope you like this new addition to my blog’s weekly lineup!
Today while doing my daily Amazon and affiliate check, I found a few items that just might help you and me to a healthier 2015! Here are my Top 5 Fitness Finds.
Ozeri Total Body Scale
Check out this Ozeri Total Body Scale that measures weight, fat, muscle, bone and hydration and it is 60% off. Plus there is an additional 30% off coupon available for this bad boy. Scales are not my fave, BUT I think you should always know where you start and celebrate each accomplishment, whether that is a pound or an inch lost – having accurate measurements sure helps me to succeed!
Ozeri Food Scale
Now I don’t measure my food as that isn’t my thing, BUT it is a good habit to get into. If you have portion control issues, then this should be in your kitchen. I do measure what goes into my smoothies and this Ozeri Food Scale would work great – and you can’t beat that it is at 67% off either!
adidas Running Shoes
I own a pair of adidas running shoes. The soles are bigger than my other running shoes and I use them primarily for when I am in the gym or doing a workout outside. I don’t use them for my longer distances as I need something a bit flatter. I am checking out their running shoes today though becuase of the sale they have going on.

TriVillage
You don’t have to be a triathlete to shop at TriVillage. I first found them searching for running gear. They have a huge assortment of fitness gear that is geared towards running, swimming, and cycling. They have a HUGE Winter Clearance Sale going on right now. Definitely worth taking a looksy!
Abe’s Best Market
Most of you are aware that I have an severe food allergy to soy. I have to shop in the natural food section of most stores, and even then, I have a tough time. I have found a lot of soy-free and other allergen foods at Abe’s Best Market. Every day they have a few new items that you can try out for $2 – anything from Kind bars to organic soaps and lotions. It’s the way I test out a product without committing to a whole big box. Right now they have a 60% Winter Clearance Sale going on. I know, made me happy too!
