25 Killer Kale Recipes
One of my absolute favorite superfoods to eat is Kale. I have made quite a few of my own recipes and add kale to the mix and no one is the wiser. Anytime I make a salad, I chop up kale to add to it. If I am making a pot of red sauce, I add in 1-2 cups of finely chopped kale that adds all of those awesome nutrients right into the base of the sauce.
On the road it is sometimes tougher to find kale, but I still order every time I see it on the menu. I love the Kale powder that I add to my morning smoothies too.
I’ve also been known to grab a bunch and use it as my lettuce for a quick on-the-go lettuce wrap. With not being able to eat most bread products, kale has come in handy a few times as my outer wrap! Can you tell I have an obsession with Kale?
