Divorce: Think Financially, Not Emotionally.

Is that even possible?

Divorce: Think Financially, Not Emotionally

I was offered to read this book by Jeff Landers Divorce: Think Financially, Not Emotionally. I’m four years post-Divorce and the financial decisions I made years ago still have come back to haunt me. Divorce sucks. Seriously, it was one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through. It is an emotionally trying time. It is a death of your love and can be the death of your bank account too. At least it was for me. I lost everything and walked away with nothing.

What I liked about this book is that it laid out what financials documents you would need and the process of putting all of that together. It isn’t easy, especially if you have been married awhile and have accumulated any assets. Grab a glass of wine and start getting organized. It isn’t going to get easier.

This book, Divorce: Think Financially, Not Emotionally, really lays out the steps for you as well as provides a gut check to what you are feeling. I would recommend anyone going through the Big D to give it a read and to do what it suggests. It could just help you to keep your sanity and a little money in your bank account.

Divorce is never easy but anyone can overcome it. And that book seems awesome thanks for sharing.
