My next race is the Palace Saloon 5K this Saturday! Fave distance is 10K!

My next race is a Father’s Day 10k – my first 10k ever. I like running about 4-5 miles, so hopefully I can stretch out one last mile during the race. I’d absolutely LOVE to use this Polar watch while running 🙂
My next race is a bike ride. I’m training to ride 150 miles up Wisconsin’s Lake Michigan shoreline in July. 🙂 My favorite run/walk is 5K.
I have used Polar for years, I’m looking to replace my old heart rate monitor and this FT4 looks great! I don’t have any long races planned, just occasional 5K’s.
i’m planning on doing a half marathon in June. i like to run 10K.
